Subject matter and application of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) govern the relationship between KnapWebDesing as the operator of the website and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the customer). Insofar as the customer orders products as the basis of the online shop, these General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively.

Offer
Our offers are generally binding. However, errors and technical changes are reserved. All orders only become binding for us once the goods have been delivered.

Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery times are approx. 3-4 days. Under no circumstances do delays in delivery justify claims for damages of any kind. Shipping is at the expense and risk of the customer. The delivery area includes Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries are made by Swiss Post.

Prices /Payment /Reservation of title
Our prices are quoted net in Swiss francs including 7.7 % VAT.

Notice of defects
Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns
Postage costs for returns (even in the case of a warranty claim) shall be borne by the buyer.

Data protection
Customer data will not be passed on to third parties.

Place of jurisdiction
All obligations are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of fulfilment and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Langenthal.

Further provisions
The invalidity of individual provisions of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
KnapWebDesing reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.
